Based on the ancient technique of gyotaku, owner and artist, Melissa Maupin, handpaints the actual fish with acrylics, imprints them on high quality fabric, then details the pieces with paint, pastels & ink to match the actual catch (or in any color you desire). She stretches the paintings on frames and then matts, frames & prepares the art for hanging at your request.
